The Grand Vizier who seems to come out of the woodwork during the holidays has a couple of comments to make as we head into the New Year.

The Vizier says: Erik Everhard was suing Red Light District www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=25693 for almost a million dollars and only got a measely $140,000 because all Red Light’s books, everything was correct. After he gives it all to lawyers he’s got nothing left. He thought he was getting a million dollars. The story on the Internet made it seem like Everhard got a big score. Red Light’s the one that made the big score.

Everhard was suing for something like $600,000 plus punitive damages- close to a million. He walks away minus the lawyer fees. He got nothing.”

On another note, The Vizier notes that Patrick Garbiras who used to run Hollywood Video along with Hal Freeman’s daughter is now homeless and living in a shelter. On Social Security disability, he’s had open heart surgery, a stroke and has been mugged. With the drugs and the alcohol over the years, half his teeth are missing. He subsequently parted ways with Freeman’s daughter who was banging some sheriff.”

“Garbiras left Hollywood and went on to work at CDi where he was subsequently fired for allegedly doing drugs,” The Vizier goes on to say.

“Garbiras always insisted that drugs had been planted in his desk as an excuse to get rid of him. That, plus a hand gun was also found in the desk. That must have been planted as well.”
