Hollywood- IT will be a happy new year for the lawyers representing Hollywood producer Jon Peters – they’ll be defending him against two new sexual-harassment suits.

The four-time-divorced mogul behind “Superman Returns,” “Ali” and “Batman” was sued Monday in LA Superior Court by Blanca Hernandez, who helped maintain Peters’ home and office. She claims Peters sexually harassed her by touching her breasts and buttocks, once tried to push her onto his bed when he was naked, tried to kiss her breasts – which he called “pillows” – and offered her money for sex.

Hernandez alleges that when she spoke to her boss, Ronald Grigg, an executive with Peters’ production company, he told her that she should give in to Peters “because he was a powerful person and she would keep her job if she complied” – but that if she complained, “her [sic] and her daughter would be murdered,” the court papers state.

Later, when Hernandez complained to the state Department of Fair Employment & Housing, she was accused of stealing a $10,000 lamp belonging to Peters – prompting her to include a defamation charge in the suit, as well.

The second suit, filed by Adriana and Andrew Silveira, live-in servants at Peters’ Malibu beach house, claims that when Adriana discovered she was pregnant in June 2006, Andrew was told by Peters that if he wanted to keep his job, his wife had to abort the baby. When the couple refused, Peters fired off an e-mail giving him the ax.

Multiple messages left at Peters’ office were not returned.

Last year, Shelly Morita, a former personal assistant, claimed Peters fondled her and climbed into bed with her in a hotel in Australia, where “Superman Returns” was shooting. That case is set for trial this April. He recently evicted ex-wife Christine Peters from the Bel-Air mansion where she’d been living rent free since 1993.

The former hairdresser and long-ago Barbra Streisand boyfriend, who once ran Sony Pictures, has also been linked to Kim Basinger, Pam Anderson, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Swedish model Vendela. Peters was said to be the inspiration for the bed-hopping stylist played by Warren Beatty in the 1975 smash “Shampoo.”

Earlier this week, Page Six reported that Paris Hilton’s kid brother, Barron, 16, had shacked up in a room at the Bel Air Hotel with Peters’ 16-year-old daughter, Skye.
