Then I stopped at GNC to pick up 4 cases of Muscle Milk. Which leads me to another fact about my life in this business. My pop shot. I actually dont take the calcium at night, because too much calcium is not good for you.

This formula basically regenerates your sperm count in a few hours. My pop shots are really thick and white now and so I dont spray or shoot much, but the volume is definitely there. It has been a lifesaver. Most male performers all take some combination of this formula, I know Lee Stone and Derick Pierce just eat a shitload of egg whites.
