Mr. Brandi (a respectful title that you haven’t earned):

I have done everything possible to avoid as much as a single thought to any of the attempts you frequently make to bait me. I’ve taken the higher ground for seven months as you’ve publicly and privately put me down when you actually, in fact, know NOTHING about me.

I’ve allowed you to build yourself up by attempting to slander me with incorrect accusations, comments and opinions about my time, development and successes at KSEX and quite honestly found most of your pompous immature remarks rather amusing.

You trashed me to my staff or with other management where most accounts got back to me. You embarrassed the establishment I built up with padded stats and numbers that completely contradicted themselves and made no sense to anyone in the know, and, like ALL of your other ventures, it was soon realized, that the perch you skeevily placed yourself upon, was pulled out from under you because you couldn’t even come close to the successes you promised from the day you played your backstabbing stealth attack on me, the creator, developer and most known face of KSEXradio.com.

The past issues I had with Jon Belinkie, a relationship we’ve since mended, had nothing to do with you. In fact, showing me absolutely no respect and actually bashing me was another example of your poor character and childish rhetoric, that aside from a few idiots on XXXPornTalk, showed most others what the real story is.

You won over a girl who desperately wanted to be a program director but I felt wasn’t ready to be one. And it’s absolutely no dig on her, she’s a wonderful soul, but having mainstream radio experience isn’t enough. The sad thing is, you didn’t even give her an opportunity to get a rhythm and prove herself because from all that I heard, she was just a title, and you made nearly all programming decisions, regardless of her opinion.

Even so, while you got her on the oust Wankus bandwagon, the majority of the staff, and many industry insiders, just thought you were an idiot.

Since it’s first day of operation, KSEX’s poor marketing, low budget, faulty equipment and disorganized office management had nothing to do with me. It was not my role to handle any of those things, even though I actually did at times to try and pick up the slack.

In fact, there were plenty of ways to make money with what we had that I actually fought against because it would involve breaking the trust of the talent who appeared on the show and I wouldn’t accept that. When new ownership came in, it was very clear that I was the product developer and performer, not the office manager, salesman, marketing or web guy.

Although, I added audio/video production to my duties because I had the skills and it saved us a lot of money. I can’t really go into any more public detail about the latter management situation under the conditions of my exit agreement, but seeing how it all unfolded with you involved, I was very happy and relieved that I was no longer with the company.

To be clear, this is a one time response. I’m not going to go back and forth with you, because as I stated earlier, in the grand scheme of things, the topic as a whole is a non-issue and you’re really not worth the time. That said, I highly recommend that you let this die here for the sake of your own embarrassment (much like when Lexi Lamour and Ethan quit and you had to do a follow up “but we were gonna fire them anyway” pathetic press release).

And contrary to what you publicly announced in another amateur press release months ago when someone didn’t play into your playground style war of words, sometimes NOT responding IS a much better option–on so many levels.

But just to clear up a few things:

You publicly and sarcastically asked, “Who is Wankus?” A question you asked repeatedly to my staff when you tried to justify my release of duty with my company. To them and others, you claimed I was no one, with no skills, with no resume and then in your recent post, claiming you fired me.

Despite what you believe in the obvious way you handle yourself, accomplishments and value of a person in any career field doesn’t come by what they lie about on their resume or the fabrications they present in a press release. Ya see Joe, it’s really easy to tell people all about the Joe Brandi that you invented and have them believe it…at least for a short amount of time.

It’s VERY easy in this industry to put ANYTHING in a press release and get many of the sites to print it without fact checking, looking for contradictions, etc., because unfortunately, that’s the nature of the business.

For example, I could easily put out a press release that says Joe Brandi has sex with animals in his personal time. Some of the more respected sites won’t print it but many of the other ones will just cuz “it’s fun.”

And even though there’s a good chance that you don’t really sleep with livestock or reptiles, the way people are by nature, that may be a stigma that stays with you for a little while–aside from those who really know you. So while you decided to use those really small time low moves on me with my staff, the majority of them thought you were a moron, and allowed you to continue to talk, all while sending me the cliff notes. You used the same lack of class approach in the press and with the drama starting adult journalists, who would print whatever you said.

Cuz they don’t like me? Cuz your right?

No Joe. It’s because you looked like such a fucking idiot, it was too good not to post.

Getting back to your Wankus bashing, aside from your known reputation as a guy who is not loyal, talks smack, has never really completed a successful project in ANY part of his career, where do you get off saying anything negative about me?

I’m not going lower my maturity by spurting off REAL successes in my life, if you need proof, goto IMDB.com or look at the somewhere near 40,000 search engine results. But even if I was as much as a failure as you are, or that you try to tell people I am, or if I had as many people despise me, who the hell are you to say anything about me?

You can buy all the URLs you want. You can press release gossip sites and blogs all day long. You can have a savings account full of all kinds of money you may have scammed into your grips…you’re still a wannabe.

Just like the numerous times I’d see you at places like Internext Miami, when we were all on our way to parties, meetings, etc. and you were sitting in the lobby by yourself, “Wankus…hey Wankus…how you doing buddy…hey can you get me a pass to a party?” I could have easily blown you off, been rude, publicly mocked you. I took the higher ground. One person down today is another person on top tomorrow.

And lets address that topic too. Do you really think that because I’m very low profile in the adult biz currently, that I’m a failure? Because I’m not press releasing lies or even real accomplishments that after KSEX I can’t make it? How the fuck do you know anything I’m involved with?

I’m hardly working at all in this business, by choice, because I’m sick of dealing with pieces of shit like yourself who don’t know the meaning of the words: loyalty, respect, honesty, hard work, etc.

From the time I left KSEX to this week, my phone is ringing with people who want to be involved in all kinds of adult projects and I’ve turned most of them down. I have declined offers from some of the largest companies in this business to start another KSEX type place because I decided that I don’t want to walk that exact path based on other projects I’m working on.

I’m shooting hosting work for PPV TV, editing, scoring and just for fun, made a few clips for Cindi Loftus. But because I’m not in the adult trades, I’m down and out? You can use fake names with insulting posts on every blog in town, you still have no clue what I’m all about. And the scary part is, had you not been such a prick for no reason, you could have had an opportunity to develop a friendly synergy that may or may not have been of some use to you down the road.

The versatility I offer anyone I work with is endless. And all you can say is, “Wankus isn’t a good business man?” I never had the responsibility at KSEX to be a ‘businessman’. I was the program director. In charge of the ENTERTAINMENT. And on the most part, it was way ahead of it’s time.

Like ME or not, anyone who has seen the creation of the creative product and the majority of it’s execution, realized it was top notch. Like my show or not. Like the shows I developed or not. No one without bias could say it was ‘typical internet radio’ or ‘crap.’ That is of course until you got your hands on it. Then, your lack of creativity, talent and missing versatility made it a ‘typical porny web shop’.

You abused the staff verbally by saying you could get homeless people to do their jobs. Top stars eventually saw your true colors and started leaving you, only to have you respond negatively about them. You told Stormy Daniels that she was a ‘nobody’ for Christs sake.

The reason most of the stars didn’t leave when I got pushed out WASN’T because I had no loyalty like you frequently told people. They stayed because I told them to. And when they stayed, you got so comfortable assuming they were there cuz they didn’t like me, when in fact, the majority of them gave me daily reports, forwarded me some of your pathetic staff notes and many of us sat around laughing about who you really were.

You tried to leak info that I was hooked on drugs, when in fact I spent many months drained and upset after a horrible personal relationship experience. I never denied partying once in a while from booze to even something recreational, in fact, I talked about it on my show. Yet you had to try to taint me like it was an issue to break my credibility.

You told advertisers and industry leaders that I did nothing ever for KSEX, that I was never at work anymore, leaving out that I was home editing station promos, commercials, videos, etc. which gave the station an all pro sound–something it quickly lost after my departure.

This business is all about networking, supporting each other and publicly standing together. Aside from a few deserving ‘targets’ I spouted off about on my show, in a ‘fun’ and ‘non-literal’ setting, industry leaders that knew me, knew who I was. And I still command a lot of respect from some of the largest players in this game.

You, however, made it personal. You made it ugly. You made it all about Wankus, when in reality, most of my exit had nothing to do with Wankus the personality or Wankus the Program Director. It was a whole other story that I can’t go into detail about. But even when I let your lies and personal attacks go by, you had to keep them coming, instead of just moving on.

And then you got all butt hurt that I didn’t respond to your “no hard feelings” email you sent me a few months ago?

Why the fuck would I bury a hatchet with you when I knew nearly ALL of your inner workings and saw the lack of respect for me with your outter workings? After your almost single handed attempt to slander eight years of hard work, you wanted me to respond, “no prob Joe…love ya, mean it!” Sorry pal. You’re not worth the time I put into this letter, let alone any bullshit nice nice in your inbox.

I can pull out all your colors all day, but I’m sure this fueled a few weeks of fun for the XPT idiots, so I’ll just end it here.

Just keep this in mind, you brought the rain. I remained quiet. Even that silly little clip that most people didn’t see and many didn’t even understand the reference I made in it, was not worth more Brandi BS. But you had to keep digging, with silly accusations that are far from the truth. Because you have no control. No self respect. No Class.

And again, regardless of what you try to convince the rest of the world, you, Joe Brandi, are only as good as what you make up in a press release, pad on your resume or the bullshit you bore your friends with. Many others in this business have proven our skills and have backed up our claims.
