It’s curiously entertaining. I have a mean streak and enjoy making Willie dance like my pet monkey. Christian also has a mean streak. He is rythmically burning through various avenues of income within the industry.
No more Brazzers (although strangely he links to them), dissing the whores who talk to their friends and propogate lies and what not against him. Bitching at companies who don’t hire him… It really is an interesting way of making friends and influencing people.
Still, honesty in porn is something I respect. Everyone knows the AEE is getting smaller each year. I think most of us would love to see AVN go under and to see smug Paul lose his self-made throne of falsehood. However, there will always be companies willing to spend $300k-$500k a year for a dozen pieces of plastic.
The most humorous thing is seeing smaller companies spending $10-$50k/year clamouring for the scraps. “Maybe if I get a booth this year I will win something.”, “Maybe if I do just a few extra pages of advertising, I will get an extra nomination.” The reality is 1-2 awards will not affect sales at all. Perhaps 10 awards can give you a nice boost.
But the typical porn consumer doesn’t look at AVN Award Winning Series and buy just because of that. I know it. You know it. It just helps when you’re considering what to stock your shelves with. Does anyone not think it is a joke to see Paul and co adding dozens of new awards every year.

Christian is fighting the good fight for us. He knows AVN is a facade. He likely hates the asshats over at AVN. How many former chiefs over there have gone missing because of Paul’s questionable tactics?
Yes the tide is turning AVN. Internet is the future. Maybe those golden plastic awards won’t be worth $50k a piece in a few years.
