Lexington, Ky- First a zoning roadblock, now a financial battle with a sub-contractor for a Lexington Hustler store.

Bob Brundge claims Larry Flynt’s company has failed to pay him for work done on what’s supposed to be a new Hustler store.

Brundge’s attorney also claims his client had no idea that he was working on a Hustler store until after the agreement was signed.

The attorney says Flynt’s company has told him that Brundge’s work did not meet specifications, something his client denies.
