LOS ANGELES, CA – Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce the release of Fired, the new adult comedy from multiple AVN award winning director Jonathan Morgan (Space Nuts, The Camp Cuddly Pines Power Tool Massacre).

A showcase for Wicked contract superstar Carmen Hart, Fired is the story of Brandy, a hapless but driven job seeker who’s determined to turn the tide of destiny as she fumbles her way toward the perfect career.

While the story starts as a celebration of misfortune, Morgan keeps the mood light throughout, thanks largely in part to what may well be a career-best performance from the winsome Ms. Hart. Exhibiting grace under pressure in even the most outrageous scenes, she proves herself as comfortable with broad physical comedy (a scene in which she valiantly wages a losing battle against a copy machine is a particular gem) as she is in taking control during the film’s intimate sexual encounters.

Carmen is ably supported throughout by sexy Space Nuts alum Katie Morgan, comely redhead Nikki Rhodes (who turns in a stunning, fetish-oriented performance in a tight-fitting nurse’s outfit), and sultry latina sensation Renae Cruz. And the male talent assembled here includes some of the genre’s most gifted comedians, including Evan Stone, Steven St. Croix, and Voodoo.

But while the supporting cast shines at every opportunity, Fired is ultimately Carmen’s movie. Both sensual and sympathetic, she turns in a winning performance that brings poignancy and reality to even the most extreme situations.

Add a slyly subversive screenplay by Jonathan Morgan and August Warwick, top-notch sexual performances, and a cast working at the peak of their creative powers, and you’re left with Fired, one of the season&rsquo ;s most rewarding adult comedies.
