On Monday March 15, 2004 a straight press release was sent to over 6,000 news agency’s mainstream and adult throughout the world stating that Steve Banan has retire as a Journalist. Banan stated that his retirement was due to poor health.
HardcoreGossip.com owned, managed and operated by MetroXXX/Intercosmos Media Group, Inc. D/B/A Directnic.com, ran the original press release in its entirety, but Mr. Cypher personally and MetroXXX/Intercosmos Media Group, Inc. D/B/A Directnic.com added these comments to the release, therefore defaming Steven William Banan. Screen shots have been taken of the entire website including the article and sent to the law firm.
