Hollywood- Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen is refuting a report that he allegedly hired the same call girl involved in the Eliot Spitzer scandal for a fantasy-themed threesome.
“There was a report out of the UK that linked Charlie with “Kristen” as part of a threesome where ‘Kristen’ was asked to be a cheerleader,” a publicist for the actor told FOXNews.com. “Problem with the report was the alleged cheerleader incident, if it ever even happened, was 15 years ago. So the story is not true.”
Pimp Jason Itzler, 41, claims he sent Ashley Alexander Dupre under the name of Victoria and another girl, Cheryl, to Sheen more than two years ago, the Daily Record reported.
He claims Sheen paid $20,000 for a threesome with the girls dressed up as cheerleaders.
“Sheen got the girls to dress up as cheerleaders and chant his name while performing sex acts. They loved Charlie. They said he was a great guy. A great lover. One time he had them dressed up like cheerleaders, chanting ‘Charlie! Charlie! He’s our man. If he can’t do it, nobody can!'”
Itzler also claims Sheen pretended he was a porn film director and asked the women to act out lesbian scenes for him.
Sheen has admitted using hookers, but denied the story when it broke two years ago.
News of Dupre’s liaisons with Sheen came as she prepares to face the grand jury to testify about her tryst with the disgraced former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. Prosecutors will examine whether Spitzer used any campaign funds for his meetings with prostitutes.
Dupre, also known as Ashley Youmans, has received a subpoena to appear behind closed doors before an investigating grand jury hearing the case against the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring, her lawyer said in court.
The struggling singer was caught by an FBI phone-tap talking to an accused madam about her $4,300 encounter with a man referred to as Client 9, now identified as Spitzer.
Dupre reportedly had several dates with the man she knew as “George Fox” but only realized during their last meeting that he was the New York governor. The shocked prostitute reportedly told her bosses: “Oh, my God! Do you know who this guy is?”
Spitzer, a crusading former prosecutor who is married with three daughters, resigned last week without striking a deal with prosecutors on his legal fate. Negotiations between prosecutors and Spitzer’s legal team appear to be on hold for authorities to determine whether any taxpayer money or campaign funds was misused — which Spitzer denies.
The New York Times reported that prosecutors were focusing on whether campaign funds were used in Spitzer’s dealings with the high-priced call girl ring. Prosecutors have asked Spitzer’s lawyers about the travel arrangements for three trips, including his tryst with Dupre at the Mayflower Hotel, in Washington, on the eve of Valentine’s Day, the Times said.
Spitzer reportedly used the escort service on trips to Dallas and Florida. He attended a fundraising event in Dallas in October and held another fundraiser in West Palm Beach last month.
Spitzer is more likely to face charges stemming from his payments to the prostitution ring than from the sex itself.
