What Rocco, of course, fails to mention is that he took the opening shot upon Foxx on pornstarperformace.com and indulged in as much defamation, slander and smear [calling her a thief and scammer? nice] as he’s accusing Foxx of www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=26994
This should be interesting. Oh, and Rocco’s contention that he wasn’t allowed equal time? He never bothered asking for it, and this site always give the two sides provided both parties cooperate.

This crime was committed on March 9, 2008 A person Claiming to be Desi Foxx, Using an email address of [email protected] Who is allegedly Diane l. Garren. Has made postings that amount to Defamation Of Character, Slander, and some other criminal actions.
This crime I was told by law enforcement carries possible Prison time. These posts were made to various Sex offender sites country. The post is a complete fabrication and is by a shadow of a doubt intentional and malicious.
This person or persons involved in this calculated destruction of my personal life shall be brought to justice. I have turned over all information to the Cyber Crime unit of the FBI as well as local and State Police. This includes Adultfyi.com, Industry Blacklist.com, and countless others.
I have been required to post this public message that I am a victim of a crime. These individuals who printed this false story I hope will be prosecuted as well. Its one thing to print an authentic story that has been proven to be factual, and by th actual author. its certainly something else to just print recklessly and maliciously without verification.
The people involved in this crime hide behind stage and false names, addresses, phone numbers etc. This industry is headed for a rude awakening. Who is to say that this person or persons did not do this to any of you? Have you even checked? I hope all of finally get whats coming to you! In closing, the worst thing you can do is allow such intentional slander and intentional deceit as well helping others to commit that crime.
To those keep in mind that you are accessories to that crime and have a responsiblilty be truthful. Adult FYI did not even allow equal time. The truth is that Desi was not even here. The entire story was completely fiction. I hope all of you involved get what you deserve. I also gave these people a chance to make it right and they did not. Its out of my hands now and I’m glad.
