Porn Valley- According to an article in the “streamlined” AVN, John Stagliano, who was indicted last week on eight counts of interstate transporation of obscene material will be arraigned next Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The hearing will take place at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse, 333 E. Constitution Ave. NW, Washington, D.C., before Judge Richard J. Leon.

Stagliano will enter a “Not Guilty” plea.

“He’s just going to enter a ‘Not Guilty’ plea,” advised Karen Stagliano.

Stagliano will be represented by Allan Gelbard. And AVN also quotes a reliable source that First Amendment attorneys H. Louis Sirkin and Jennifer Kinsley will also be on the defense team.
