Christian in his blog www.christiansingstheblues.com tips off to this story. A letter was posted on the site www.lanews.com and is a public one addressed from Derek Hay to Andreas Tabogo at Pulpo Pictures, concerning Tabogo’s hyping of the movie Dirty Queen on AVN.
Hay writes: Mr Bogolo you produced and directed the movie ‘Dirty Queen’ on Feb 9, 10, 17 and 18, 2008 and in which you utilized 11 different actors and actresses from the LA Direct agency.
Recently you issued a press release / story that appeared on AVN extolling your work for this movie and included in which story, was some information about a very expensive and cutting edge camera package that you had chosen and used for the production.

Question: Why did you use such an expensive cameras package if you do not have the funds to pay the actors?
Simple question, but apparently overlooked, no?
Statement: Since production wrapped you have paid approximately half of what is owed to the talent at LA Direct Models leaving a balance owing in excess of $10,000.
Over the course of the last three (3) months you have used every last sorry excuse that deadbeats always come out with to avoid and excuse not paying the talent. This has included, failure to return phone calls and texts, phones being disconnected, loss of checkbook, claims that the bank mis-transferred funds, sudden and unexpected trips to Colombia, checks in the mail that never arrive, claims you will personally come to the agency to settle the debt, which you never do and many more.
This letter shall serve as notice to yourself and in a public manner that LA Direct Models shall not desist from it’s pursuit of you and your assets in order to recover this debt owed on behalf of our talent, furthermore as warning to others that in their consideration of working with you, it may be prudent to exercise the greatest degree of caution, lest you hold them in as much contempt as you now hold LA Direct Models and it’s talent.
