NJ- A veteran New Jersey assemblyman is being investigated after child pornography was found on his computer, officials said yesterday.
Staffers discovered the porn on a computer belonging to Democratic Neil Cohen, of Roselle, sources said.
The attorney general seized the computer on Wednesday.
Cohen, 57, who has served in the Assembly from 1990 to 1991 and from 1994 to present, has not been charged.
He has been hospitalized for psychiatric treatment, the sources said.
Cohen, who is not married, currently serves as a deputy speaker and once sponsored a bill to help curb child pornography.
