The visionary director has gone deep into his vaults and assembled the very best scenes from the first five volumes of this groundbreaking series, all of which were shot in the early 1990s. DP Virgins: The Classic Years features the hottest porn stars of that era in their very first (and in some cases only) double penetration scene.
Porn pioneer Jim Powers prides himself on having been able to get many of the industry’s hottest names to do a double penetration scene in his DP Virgins series. “At the time that we were shooting these scenes, back in 1993 and 1994, it was very difficult to get girls to anal, let alone double penetration,” reflects Powers, “It really wasn’t as cool to get fucked in the ass then as it is today. Most of the girls would initially and consistently turn down my offers to have them get DP’d on camera.”
But, as Powers explains, his persistence in the casting process would eventually pay off. “We played it smart. I’d always call the girls around the first of the month when the rent was due and the landlords were knocking,” laughs Powers, “For several of these girls this movie contains not only their first, but probably their only on or off-camera DP. Everyone needs to pay the rent somehow.”
Each of the 10 digitally re-mastered scenes in DP Virgins: The Classic Years has been totally re-cut and includes never-before-scene footage not available when they were initially released. “The movie itself is over 160 minutes long,” explains Powers, “And includes a special audio commentary track with myself and socially immobile degenerates and industry veteran performers Rick Masters and Dave Hardman.”
The DVD also contains almost 2 additional hours of bonus materials including the entire Powers’ 1994 feature Diary of a Pervert, shot on location at the former home of Beach Boy Dennis Wilson, legendary one-time hangout for Charles Manson and company.
Powers wants his fans to know that this movie is a true collector’s edition, being produced only in limited quantities, and when it’s sold out this footage will be gone forever.
