Surfer Girls 2 is set to hit the streets on September 23, 2008.

Shane’s World Surfer Girls 2 which was shot on location in Honolulu, Hawaii in HD and outputted in true HD will mark Shane’s World’s first foray into the Blu Ray market.

Surfer Girls 2 follows Shane’s World exclusive contract girl Casey Parker, Lexi Love and Nadia Styles to the white beaches of Hawaii. The girls get crazy with the locals, surf it up and have some crazy sexcapades! The movie also features Nautica Thorn, Priya Rai, Johnny Castle, Jack Venice and Jerry.

“We have some of our best titles releasing this fall. We are off to a good start with the release of Surfer Girls 2. This movie was shot on location in Hawaii with our contract girl Casey Parker … it just looks amazing!” said Megan Stokes, VP of Sales. “We didn’t want to just rush to the HD market with just anything … we have actually been shooting on the Panasonic HVX for almost 2 years. But we felt it was really important to make sure our first Blu Ray title used all of the available technology for the menu functionality. Most importantly, it retains the fun and true reality format which Shane’s World fans know and love.” Says Megan Stokes, VP of Sales.

“Surfer Girls was a hard movie to make a follow up to. The first one set the bar so high … it was intimidating. But the cast had amazing chemistry, we couldn’t have asked for better scenery than that of Hawaii and the sex was just downright hot. Once I saw the movie, I agreed with everyone on the staff… we all knew we hit another one out of the park!” commented Valerie See, VP of Operations.

Megan Stokes, VP of Sales had this to add “Blu Ray is still a growing market. We strongly feel that after this coming holiday season, more and more consumers will find that Blu Ray becomes more affordable for them. We want to make sure that we provide some quality titles for these consumers to consider when it comes time to part with their hard earned dollars.”

Shane’s World plans on making more titles available on Blu Ray this Fall.
