In my interview with TJ, the Sacramento-area homeowner who lost his home in Sherwood Forest because of Kayden Kross and her band of merry men, he told me about some criminal investigation by the Sacramento sheriff’s dept. into Kross that may or may not have been compromised.
Which wouldn’t surprise me because cops have been known to fornicate with porn stars and pretty women in general and conveniently look the other way. But if that’s the case here, it’s only speculation for the time being.
In the grand scheme of things, besides Kross, criminal charges have also been brought against Scott Henley the mortgage broker whose downfall may be the fact that an associate, Tim Hough, hand led Kross into the deal in the first place. Hough had been allegedly fornicating with Kross and then passed her off to TJ as his “wife” then “fiancée”.
“To me in my eyes I think Scott is the good guy,” says TJ. “Unfortunately with the Sacramento sheriff’s dept. and their real estate fraud division, they had an officer that was doing our investigation.”
Then to make matters worse, Hensley was being treated like a criminal from the get-go with the investigator talking about Miranda rights and all that rubber hose nonsense.
“’Because when this is all said and done, I’m going to arrest you,’ the detective told him,” says TJ.
“He had not even looked at our complaint properly. Kayden Kross was involved in the sale but all this detective kept saying is that she was an innocent person that got taken advantage of- a dumb little 20 year-old who don’t know crap.”
TJ has already made his thoughts on Kross very clear. He hopes she hangs.
“From the very beginning the detective was saying that Kayden Kross was as much of a victim as we were. I even tried to tell the detective- she was there at every meeting.”
But much as the detective tried to sneak Kross out the back exit, the DA’s office proved they weren’t guided through the sexual wilderness by the impulses and stiffness of their dicks. They pressed charges against Kross.
“They still don’t have all the information because that detective chopped up our complaint so bad that they don’t have certain facts, and all the paperwork of the Tim Ngo deal,” reveals TJ.
“I have to go down with my wife to the District Attorney’s office and go over the files this detective turned over to the DA’s office. We have to put all the pieces back in that this detective took out. I don’t know if he met with Miss Kross or something was done there.”
“But it makes me wonder. And she has signed contracts, never made a mortgage payment for four or five months, deeds the house to someone else as a gift and gets paid for it She gets $10,000 for the title, then, on top of that, she tried to extort more money out of Scott saying that the $30,000 she got up front wasn’t enough. Then she suddenly disappears to southern California once the titles have all been transferred over. How could she be that innocent?”
TJ also talks about the IRS and their interest in this case, but I don’t know this to be true.
“Plus she never told the county when she deeded the house over to Tim Ngo that she got $10,000,” adds TJ.
“They’ll be interested in her. And the state of California. In the mean time, I’m sitting in a two bedroom apartment with my wife and four kids out of a home that I owned for 15 years.”
