One person that sticks out is the husband of Sunset Thomas, Kent Wallace. The loud, big mouth Kent was yelling on the phone at me at how Vavoom is going to take off and Stephen Brown is taking Vavoom TV to cable, creating great shows blah blah blah, and I didn’t know anything.

I explained very nicely that I could care less if he believed me, but wanted to give him a heads up on what I knew about Brown. I did this out of respect for someone who was also in the industry who may be clueless.

But Kent treated me on the phone like I was an absolute asshole and knew nothing. Apparently, someone with his amount of experience of watching his wife get fucked all day in movies and whore houses knows much more then I and is much more intelligent.

You see, Brown contacted me 1 year prior to that and asked me to run his company that he was starting called “Vavoom TV”. I still have all the emails and the original contract that was faxed to me for $100,000 a year. He tells me the company and website will be up in 30 days and he would either fly to NY or fly me to Las Vegas. I signed it……and faxed it back. Wouldn’t you?

Two months go by and I never hear from him. Now out of pure curiosity the private investigator in me came out and I started doing some research. I had very little information except a name and a State. So I did a little internet investigation and found several articles on Brown. All which sounded like very unhappy investors of his “companies”. I then proceeded to start to make some phone calls to the companies that he had associations with. You would be very surprised at what people will tell you when you ask nicely.

I began having a rather interesting conversation with someone that was a previous employer of Browns who told me to stay away. Still, til this day, Brown had no idea I was in contact with these people daily as he was telling them the same bullshit he was telling me. He was telling me he was the money man behind Vavoom as he was telling them he needed more money and was looking for another investor.

We would both get off the phone and call each other and be in shock how someone could be this good of a con artist. It go so bad that when Brown called me about 2 months later after he faxed the contract he told me he was in Canada and his Father had died that’s why he didn’t contact me for 2 months. It sounded sick… but I didn’t believe him. When I told my new phone friend this he said “I heard that one before. Amazing!” ( God forbid me if he passed )

Browns line of companies and fake press releases can only go so far. Investors who bought stock in his companies several years ago, including Milagro Entertainment, seemed to not only have seen the whole song and dance before but were now beginning to take action with statements like …

“where will he surface next? ”
“is “Milagro Holdings” or whatever else he calls it still in business? Stephen Brown, formerly identified as CEO/President, out of the picture or just hiding?

“Got one stuck up my butt with ASEQ, A total scam. I have something that he does not want me to release. If he dosen’t come clean soon i will give all my info to the proper authorites and see if he likes pin stripes! Thanks for the info, haven’t been able to get in touch with him in about a year.”

It really started sinking in how much of a scam he was when I saw Brown on a taped KSEX show. He was pumping up Vavoom on Sunsets weekly show with Kent. He was sitting there and they both fell for it hook, line and sinker along with many others like Randy West. West I heard, and can not confirm, had checks bounced on him.

I immediately knew it was more bullshit press. Brown was hanging out with pornstars and acting as if he was the richest man in the world. He began to bang out fake press release after fake press release. Something that his investors knew too well…….all sizzle but no steak.

Unless my internet is down, I cannot log onto the Vavoom website, but this raises a very interesting question. Why would Brown do this to this many people over and over again? So he can hang out with pornstars and get laid or raise more money from investors from companies that never evolve? It is apparent that two years later Vavoom is not going to cable and the shows he shot are doing anything but sitting on a broke website. Every once in a while you will see a press release with more fluff of a company that really has no impact on the net or this industry at all.

For example, in December of 2007 he made a “partnership” with Waste Recovery Inc ( WRII ) to produce a new television show, “The Porn Star Dating Game. Waste Recovery ( WRII ) has since changed to what is now GreenGold Ray Energies, Inc ( GRYE ) a stock that now trades a whopping 400 shares a day and is involved in all aspects of scrap tire disposal and in conversion of scrap tires. Sounds strange to be involved with Vavoome Media and Stephen Brown doesn’t it? Not unless you see the big picture…

Shareholders of the Minx Gentleman’s Club get what is called the “VIP Treatment” which involves limo to and from club, bottle service and VIP service. So now Brown, as someone who is bringing all this attention to Minxx thru his “TV Station” called Vavoome walks into this club and is treated as gold. He gets to hang out with strippers, limo rides, drinks and more. He looks as if he is a multi millionaire doesn’t he?

This is not your typical “businessman”. This is a VERY intelligent guy who can manipulate companies, stock prices and investors. Hell, he had most of the adult industry fooled didn’t he? So chalk another internet TV website down the drain and beware of fake press releases regarding Vavoom and what they are going to do next. If you are a female performer beware that the dream of you going onto cable is as real as Browns thin wallet filled with lies and VIP passes.
