Joe Brandi writes on www.joebrandi.net: Rumor has it sexy adult actress Tyler Faith is suing Stephen Brown & Vavoom TV for Breach of Contract stating that she never received payment for her work. It is also believed that Brown bounced several checks on employees, didn’t pay some on time and has now officially closed Vavoom TV. The website has been down for days with no sign of coming back up.

This rumor comes within days of my blog titled “The Truth Behind is Stephen Brown & Vavoom TV?” regarding Browns shady past and track record of disappearing, changing business names and more.

Vavoom TV was supposed to be taking over internet adult TV and brought on board Randy West, Sunset Thomas and Tyler Faith to name a few, but the website and station never developed.
