DETROIT (AP) — Times are tough in the Motor City. Even for strippers. Jon Jon’s Cabaret is cutting prices to encourage business.

The topless club is in the Detroit suburb of Warren, where more than 20,000 people work for General Motors and Chrysler.

Manager Kelly Sander says the price for a table dance has been cut in half, from $20 to 10. Jon Jon’s has even lowered drink prices. But business is still down by 50 percent compared to a year ago.

Sander says she had to let one of her managers go. She adds people just can’t afford to go out and have fun like they used to.
