PointerAdv_Lindsay posts on GFY: Sunny [Leone] has decided that her $9,700 balance isn’t owed. While she made a payment months ago on her invoices dating back to MAY OF 2008, she is refusing to pay the balance.

I offered a 25% discount and we worked for free for over a month after she realized her invoices had been neglected, plus there was no interest being charged (she was warned several times that her invoices were adding up, but she never acted on it). I tried to reach an agreement with her, but she didn’t want any part of that.

Just thought you folks should know if you plan on working with her.

many times with PPC, CPM or PPV advertising the daily spend cap runs over if someone is asleep at the wheel (the guy on the other side of the buy doesn’t pay attention to clients spend cap). not to have your client agree to a set daily spend is unethical. in either case, a bill can run up fast that you did not authorize or agree to. a stand up company will “eat it” on the overspend even if it is 10k in those situations. who knows what happened but just be aware of what’s out there. always get a ton of referrals before droppin a dime on advertising or other promotions offered by any company. especially one that none of us has ever heard of
