The problem is… how do you know if you are reading true news or libelous gossip? Who are the people behind the sites? What are their editorial philosophies Who can you trust? “
There are only a couple of big porn biz news/gossip sites on the web besides the industry trade publication’s web site (http://www.avn.com) or the industry’s biggest fan/studio/star discussion board (http://www.adultdvdtalk.com). Most fans turn to Adultfyi.com, Lukeford.com, AdultBeat.com (until recently), Hardcoregossip.com, or AINews.com for their daily porn fix.
What is really interesting in reading one of these sites is knowing it’s author’s bias and philosophy. One site will publish something another won’t – until the third rips it off and posts it anyway. One site seems to be serious news, another pure sex fun and fluff, another total gossip and half-truths, another an educational site, and another just a total crackpot with a keyboard. How do YOU know who to believe?
We are going to find out.
We are bringing three of the biggest current porn site authors in at once to find out. (Luke Ford was invited and declined citing “keeping a lower profile these days”, but he did provide some quotes and answers for the show. We still hope he will call in to the show.)

Why?
What is their philosophy?
What is a story to them? What is not?
What will they not run?
What is too controversial for them?
What is the funniest thing they have covered? What is the saddest?
How did they start doing this?
What is their lifestyle like?
How do they want to be perceived?
What is their bias?
Do they think they are a NEWS site or a GOSSIP site?
What do they think of the current HIV crisis?
How would they describe their reporting of the crisis?
What is the truth?
This is going to be a very controversial and perhaps explosive show. These writers don’t always agree and are never shy on saying so.
