From www.radaronline.com- Former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche has been booted yet again, but this time it’s not a title she’s losing–its a shot at sobriety.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the 25-year-old, who won the teen beauty queen label in 2003 and was later de-crowned after an ’04 Playboy spread, has been removed from Dr. Drew Pinksy’s Celebrity Rehab: Sex Addiction.

A source close to the production tells us that Peniche was kicked off the VH1 program for “throwing vases at cast and crew members.”

Peniche, once engaged to singer Aaron Carter, joined embattled rapper DMX on the cast. It is unclear as of now if she’ll return to the show.
