Dear readers: On January 14, 2009, based on my conversations with Skeeter Kerkove, I reported that Mark Spiegler had an enforced blowjob policy with his female clients. Since that time I have had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Spiegler and review four declarations from his clients that were identified in my article. I have confirmed that Mr. Spiegler had no such policy and that Mr. Spiegler was wrongfully defamed by Mr. Kerkove. I made a mistake and I’m sorry for any damage that may have been caused by Mr. Kerkove falsely reporting the claim to me.
