Darrah Ford posts on www.scottfayner.com – Kayden Kross was suppose to be sentenced later this afternoon. But for whatever reason, a continuance was granted this Monday and she will now be sentenced June 29.
What’s the hold up on a sentencing that seemed to mean she would walk and face no jail time? Does this mean she will actually serve time and is trying to hold off as much as she can??
Kayden was first charged in Superior Court of California with Grand Theft (PC 487 (A) – Felony) and Real Estate Fraud (CCC1695.3 – Felony). The Grand Theft felony charge has now been dismissed while instead she will be pleading no contest to a misdemeanor on the Real Estate Fraud charge.
