Jeff Dillon’s Reply to Craig Valentine

Jeff Dillon of Gamelink replies to an earlier e-mail www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=36450 from Craig Valentine:

Craig, We have a valid contract to sell your movies till 01/21/20011. Please reference the Licensing Agreement you signed on 01/21/2009 for a term of 2 years (if you like I can send you another copy).

One reason we have a contract in place is because it takes time and money to encode movies and create product records and we need an avenue to recoup this expense. When I spoke to you at Xbiz I said we would remove your movies at the end of your contract. I apologize for any miss understanding. As a courtesy I will remove your titles. Also, I don’t appreciate you flaming Gamelink on the boards.
