Erotic Heritage Museum Announces Anniversary Bash

LAS VEGAS — The Erotic Heritage Museum marks its one-year anniversary
with a celebration on September 12, 2009 from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Located in Las Vegas, NV at 3275 Industrial Road, the Erotic Heritage Museum encompasses over 24,000 square feet of permanent and featured exhibits that are dedicated to the preservation of our great erotic heritage.

“The past year has been very exciting for everyone who worked so hard to make the Erotic Heritage Museum a reality,” said Director of Art and Associate Curator Dr. Laura Henkel.

“We want to show our appreciation for the tremendous support we have received from the Las Vegas community, the adult industry, erotic artists and collectors from around the world. The anniversary celebration is a wonderful opportunity to bring all of our many supporters together to showcase our accomplishments and announce our plans for the Museum
in the year ahead.”

The Erotic Heritage Museum is the creation of Harry Mohney, America’s leading Erotologist and Dr. Ted McIlvenna of the Exodus Trust. For many years, the two men envisioned an art center featuring the best of erotic art from around the world displayed through permanent collections and regularly scheduled featured exhibits. Their vision became a reality when
the Museum was opened in Las Vegas in 2008.

The Erotic Heritage Museum is owned and operated by the Exodus Trust, a non-profit California trust for the sole purpose to perform educational, scientific and literary functions relating to sexual, emotional, mental and physical health. Historical and contemporary erotic materials donated the the Exodus Trust, including those featured at the Erotic Heritage Museum, are tax deductible in accordance with federal law.

The Museum is open to the public Wednesday through Sunday and is available for special events. Admission to the Museum is free for members and is $15.00 for adults with discounts offered to seniors and Las Vegas residents.
