In a lawsuit filed [Monday] in L.A. County Superior Court., Jameson’s former divorce team — Hersh, Mannis, and Bogen L.L.P. — claims Jenna never forked over $72,312.36 for work dating back to 2006.

In the docs, the lawyers claim they were hired to rep Jenna in her nasty divorce from porn kingpin Jay Grdina — but after they obeyed her every command … Jenna left the lawyers high and dry when they demanded a check.

Jenna should know better than anyone … nobody gives it up for free.
