It was a much different era back when Flight Attendants director Will Ryder grew up on the same suburban Milwaukee block as the guys that made the hit Hollywood movie Airplane but the seeds of comedy fell from the same Elm trees so it only makes sense that if you liked Airplane you’ll love Flight Attendants.

“I remember those guys being a bit older than me and they were always up to practical jokes pretending to be FBI Agents and arresting me and my friends,” Ryder said as he talked about his new smash-hit adult comedy Flight Attendants available from Adam & Eve Pictures/X-Play.

The Zucker brothers of Airplane fame later went on to massive notoriety with movies like Naked Gun and Ghost carving their own unique path in Hollywood as Will Ryder went on to become a successful musician before becoming a sex-comedy director.

“We all attended the same grade school and high school but they were a number of grades ahead of me so we weren’t in class together,” Ryder reminisced. All of the characters in their movies and TV shows used the names of many of our teachers and neighbors so that was always pretty cool to me,” he said.

In the zany movie Airplane, Lloyd Bridges played the part of glue-sniffing air traffic controller Steve McCroskey who was actually Ryder’s next door neighbor. “Yeah we loved the character so much we put our own version of Steve McCroskey played by Eric John in the control tower in Flight Attendants,” Ryder offered.

“But instead of him sniffing glue while directing air traffic, we had cute little Kacey Jordan give him a BJ.”

Although Flight Attendants is an original sex-comedy and not a direct parody of Airplane, the movie is a definitely a spoof of sorts adding to the appeal among today’s porn buyers.

“We thought about doing a direct parody but we decided to create an original comedy that had a ton of parody elements in it. Flight Attendants is an insanely funny movie filled with some of the greatest sex ever in a feature movie,” Ryder admitted.

The superstar cast is among the best in porn history and includes Adam & Eve Pictures contract superstar Kayden Kross, Hillary Scott, Teagan Presley & Eva Angelina of Skinworxxx, Sunny Lane, Shyla Stylez, Misty Stone, Kacey Jordan, Lexi Love, Michelle Maylene, Kenzi Marie, Cali Couture, Farrah Fox and Chastity Lynn all being funny as hell as well as quite sexy. Don Houston of Xcritic.com said in his just published review, “Flight Attendants was another huge winner put forth by the guys at X-Play that will probably spawn another renaissance in the industry. There was a lot of one liners and veiled references to pop culture icons here, the result of which was a truly enjoyable fuck flick that had some of the best sex you will see in a feature to date.”

“The sex in Flight Attendants is much better than the sex in Airplane,” Ryder joked as he knew comparisons between the movies would be forthcoming.
