PASADENA — from www.pasadenastarnews.com – Former minister and Fox reality TV contestant Brian Randone is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on charges he tortured and murdered adult movie actress Felicia Lee.

Police discovered Lee’s body on Sept. 11 inside a Monrovia apartment she shared with Randone.

Homicide investigators and Deputy District Attorney Philip Wojdak say Randone beat and suffocated Lee, and then dialed 9-1-1 to report she overdosed on drugs.

Randone’s defense attorney, Mark Overland, has said Lee died from a drug overdose.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dorothy Shubin cited the more than 320 bruises and abrasions on Lee’s body in her decision on Oct. 27 to order Randone to trial on the murder and torture charges.
