from www.koco.com – A Locust Grove man accused in the deaths of four adults and two unborn babies was arraigned on six murder charges Monday.

David Allen Tyner, 28, is accused of killing Brooke Phillips, Casey Barrientos, Millie Barrera and Jennifer Ermey at a home in southwest Oklahoma City in the early-morning hours of Nov. 9. Phillips and Barrera were both pregnant at the time of their deaths.

Tyner is being held at the Oklahoma County Jail. Bond was denied.

His next court appearance has been scheduled for Dec. 3, when it is expected Tyner will be assigned a public defender.
