from www.bostonherald.com – It didn’t take long, but one of Tiger Woods’ alleged mistresses is making the celebrity TV show rounds, dishing details of her sordid affair with the links lothario and apologizing to his wife.

In her first TV interview, Los Angeles cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs tells “Extra” she’s sorry she hurt the scandal-scarred golf stud’s other half, Swedish ex-bikini model Elin Nordegren.

“I couldn’t describe how remorseful that I am to have hurt her family and her emotionally,” said Grubbs.

“If it wasn’t me, it was going to be other girls,” said Grubbs, whose fling with Woods lasted nearly three years. “I did care about him – I didn’t do it for superficial reasons. I didn’t do it to purposely hurt her.”

“Extra” touted Grubbs’ apology as an “exclusive.” After the sitdown, the former “Tool Academy” contestant gabbed with TV rival “Inside Edition,” telling the show in a piece airing today that she felt “betrayed” when she learned of Tiger’s conga line of lady friends.

(Both shows sent out press releases boasting of their respective interviews).

“I feel like I’m betrayed,” said Grubbs, who first revealed her fling with the golf giant to Us Weekly last week. “And all these other women . . . it’s just hurtful.”

She has also revealed a great deal of text messages that were exchanged between her and Tiger. Jaimee Grubbs was the second named mistress to go public.

The list of Tiger Woods’ women grows daily; currently there are 13 alleged mistresses, 8 of which have been named.

The Today show featured Dr. Drew Pinsky from the show “Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew” he was asked whether or not he felt that Tiger suffered from sexual addiction. Dr. Drew said that though he doesn’t know Tiger Woods, sexual or chemical addiction could play a part in the behavior he’s allegedly exhibited.

What might be the most surprising bit of information revealed is that Grubbs said that Tiger Woods sent her a text message only 18 hours after he had the infamous single car crash.
