Cops lying? Impossible.

from www.nydailynews.com -A flirty Phillies fan not only offered undercover cops sex for World Series tickets, but also sent topless pictures and hiked up her skirt when she met them, they testified Wednesday.

Talk turned dirty soon after Susan Finkelstein, [pictured with her husband] 43, strolled into a suburban Philadelphia bar, Officer Michael Brady said.

” ‘I’m a whore. I love sex. I just can’t help it,’ ” Finkelstein purred on Oct. 27, Brady testified.

Desperate for tickets to see her beloved Phillies take on the world champ Yankees, the married mother of two then hiked up her jean skirt and suggested the undercover cop from Bensalem, Pa., sample the goods, Brady said.

Before the face-to-face meet up, Sgt. Richard Bugsch testified yesterday he replied to Finkelstein’s Criagslist ad where she called herself a “gorgeous tall buxom blonde – in desperate need of two World Series Tickets.”

Bugsch offered her three of the prized passes – with the caveat that he needed to see her photo first. She responded with three topless pictures, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Finkelstein had already been charged with promoting prostitution but at yesterday’s preliminary hearing, Bensalem Municipal Court Judge Joe Falcone slapped on an extra count of prostitution. She will either face trial locally in January or appeal to a higher court to toss the case.

Finkelstein, who did not testify yesterday, exploded in rage after the hearing, calling the cops liars.

“It was very hard not to say anything \[in court\] when I saw there were untruths being told,” she said while sipping a stout in the same bar where she supposedly propositioned the undercover. “I could see my blood pressure rising and my teeth crunching.”

Publicity about Finkelstein’s case got her into Game 2 and 3 of the Series but considering the Yanks won the series, Finkelstein now wonders if it was all worth it: She lost her communications job at a bio-medical research nonprofit because of the controversy.
