Actor Randy Quaid was arrested on Sunday in Marfa, Texas.

His wife, Evi, was also taken into custody the day before. The pair has been absent from court hearings in Santa Barbara regarding fraud allegations they skipped out on a hotel bill.

Randy, brother of actor Dennis Quaid, was reportedly arrested a day later because the Marfa Police Department did not have an active warrant for him when they took in his wife.

Quaid has been moved to Hudspeth County jail for booking because Marfa does not have holding facilites.

A bench warrant was issued for Evi and Randy on December 15.
