New York- An Upper East Side plastic surgeon was busted yesterday on charges of sexually abusing a female patient whose breasts he had enlarged, police said.

Dr. Eli Milch, 56, who has been sued for malpractice six times, demanded oral sex from the 35-year- old patient in his office Jan. 7, police said.

The woman complied, but law-enforcement sources said the surgeon, who lives on Park Avenue, was charged because his action represents an abuse of authority.

Police sources said Milch, who works for the Park East Plastic Surgery Center on East 71st Street, did breast-augmentation surgery on the woman in December and made the sexual demand when she returned for a follow-up exam the next month.

Milch was charged with criminal sex abuse, which carries a maximum penalty of four years in the slammer.

State records show Milch has paid out six malpractice settlements in the last 10 years.

There’s no record of his having any previous criminal convictions or limitations on his medical license.
