The Alexia Moore Prostie Case: DA Fears “Lesbian” Defense

I guess part of the defense in a hooker trial is to make your client look as raggedy and unappealing as possible.

from www.nypost.com – It’s the love that dare not speak its name — but the DA isn’t taking any chances.

Prosecutors in a Manhattan prostitution trial yesterday said they may force the fiancé of one of two alleged lap-dancing hookers to testify she’s straight — even though their lawyers don’t plan a “lesbian defense” to get them off the hook for allegedly catering to guys.

“There have been allusions that she only deals with women, sexually,” argued Assistant DA Daryl Reed, referring to defendant Alexia Moore’s [pictured] racy Web site.

But defense lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo said Moore and fellow dancer Falynn Rodriguez will argue that they were hired merely to flirt with drunken men.

Porn star Moore and Rodriguez are accused of trying to sell a $5,000 “threesome” to an undercover cop in 2008 at Big Daddy Lou’s Hot Lap Dance Club.
