NEW YORK — According to a story reported on www.xbiz.com Pink Visuals has filed a $6.75 Million suit against the owners of Brazzers, alleging that four company-owned tube sites – KeezMovies.com, PornHub.com, Extremetube.com and Tube8.com poached content from 45 copyrighted movies and have streamed them “tens of millions of times” thus posing a threat to the entire adult industry.

Pink Visual’s suit, filed at U.S. District Court in New York, alleges that the defendants are not only aware of infringing content being uploaded to their sites, but that they “actively engage in, promote and induce this infringement.”

Pink Visual is seeking statutory and actual damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees and injunctive relief.
