The seventh annual CineKink Film Festival will screen excerpts from “Tristan Taormino’s Rough Sex” movie from Vivid Entertainment on Saturday, February 20th at 3pm at the Anthology Film Archives, 32 Second Avenue in New York City.
“Rough Sex” was also nominated for a 2010 AVN Award and named as one of XCritic.com’s 10 Top Adult DVDs of 2009. The movie will be part of a showcase of adult industry films titled “Bring It!” which also includes films by Carlos Batts, Madison Young, Courtney Trouble and Dominic Ford. There will be an audience Q&A with directors Tristan Taormino and Dominic Ford following the screening and more information is available at www.cinekink.com.
Taormino is an internationally recognized sex expert and best-selling author as well as a multiple award-winning director for Vivid Entertainment, the world’s leading adult film studio.
“I am honored to be part of an amazing film festival and to have my work shown in such great company. I love the films of all the directors in the showcase I am part of and I can’t wait to see ‘Rough Sex’ on the big screen,” said Taormino.
CineKink NYC presents a specially-curated program of films and videos that celebrate and explore a wide diversity of sexuality. Billing itself as “the kinky film festival,” the event will run from Feb. 16-21. Presented by CineKink, an organization dedicated to the recognition and encouragement of sex-positive and kink friendly depictions in film and television, works presented at the festival will range from documentary to drama, comedy to experimental, mildly spicy to quite explicit and everything inbetween.
