I spoke to Richmond Jimenez of the US Embassy in the Philippines. He told me that John Bowen aka John T. Bone would be cleared to leave the country and could be back in the US in a couple of weeks.

Bowen, who had been living abroad the past few years had run afoul of the law on several occasions. I also spoke to Bowen and he told me he’d give me the full story once he was back on American soil.
