NYC- from www.nypost.com – A camera-toting pervert turned Penn Station into his personal porn palace when he filmed under the skirts of unsuspecting women riding an escalator, cops said yesterday.

Luis Rosales, 29, allegedly took videos of the victims as he rode behind them on the escalator leading up to the Seventh Avenue exit at around 7:50 p.m. Tuesday. An Amtrak cop charged him with unlawful surveillance.

The cop recovered the camera, which contained about 30 lewd images.

Rosales was released on $2,500 bail after his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.
