from www.radaronline.com – Janine Lindemulder is worried that her ex-husband Jesse James is using their daughter Sunny as a pawn in an attempt to win-back Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The womanizing biker mogul is selling the California home he used to share with his estranged wife and is planning to re-locate to Austin, Texas, where she has several properties.

And Janine, who is currently in a government half-way house in Oregon for tax evasion, is ready to fight tooth-and-nail to re-establish her custody rights with their 7-year-old daughter.

She has already filed documents in Orange County, California, asking her former husband to help-out with her court fees as she prepares to get her 50/50 custody rights back.

A source close to Lindemulder exclusively told RadarOnline.com: “Janine is really concerned that Jesse James is going to take Sunny with him to live in Austin, Texas.

“Jesse has already told Sunny and Janine that this is what he intends to do and Janine feels that he’s brain-washing Sunny in an attempt to get Sandra Bullock back.

“Jesse knows that Janine is broke and he’s told Sunny that she doesn‚t want to live with her mommy anymore because she will be staying in a crappy condo and would have to get the bus everywhere.”

“Janine is hoping that Sandra won’t fall for this because all Jesse is concerned about is himself and he knows that Sandra has strong emotional ties to Sunny.

“For her part she just wants to help raise her daughter again and re-establish their bond once more. She was powerless with all the fall-out from Jesse’s affairs and she fears that Jesse no longer has Sunny’s best interests at heart.”

“Janine intends to be in court later this month to try and fight to re-establish her rights with regard to Sunny. She feels that Jesse is trying to take advantage of the situation because Janine has no money and that Sunny is the key in his mind to winning Sandra back.

“Jesse’s ego is out of control and despite everything that has happened he believes that he can win Sandra back, and he doesn’t care who he uses in the process.”

Ironically, before the sex scandal involving James and stripper Michelle “Bombshell” McGee exploded, both Bullock and her husband had joined forces in the custody battle for Sunny.

The pair contended that Lindemulder was an unfit mother and that she was exposing Sunny to “unsavory characters”.

When news of James alleged affair with McGee broke, Lindemulder seemed to mock her ex-husband by Tweeting: Thank God For My Faithful Hubby!

Lindemulder re-married Jeremy Aikman last August. The pair’s relationship grew after they met in a half-way house in Hollywood, but they have been unable to spend much time together after she was jailed for her tax evasion.
