New York -from www.romesentinel.com – A local defense attorney and his brother have pleaded guilty in County Court to charges of inappropriate behavior with an underage girl.

Devin Garramone [pictured], 36, of 1622 Brinkerhoff Ave., Utica, pleaded guilty before Judge Charles Merrell Monday to third-degree obscenity, court officials said.

Christian Garramone, 34, of 1 Sage Court, Utica, pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, officials said.

Both men are scheduled for sentencing on Aug. 10.

The indictment said Christian Garramone abused a 14-year-old girl between October 2006 and April 2007, then had sex with her when she was 16 in June 2008. Garramone is a former restaurant owner. The indictment said Devin Garramone used a cell phone to send sexual pictures to the same girl on four separate occasions between February and April 2009. Garramone is a defense attorney in Utica.

Both men are the son of former Utica City Court Judge Anthony Garramone.
