Chatsworth, CA- This is the last weekend before the Urban X Awards and Giana Taylor [pictured] and her crew are going out with a bang.
The fun starts Friday on the Staples Center Floor with the Urban X Awards Booth at Exxxotica. Giana Taylor will be manning the booth and joining her will be Jayla Star, Crooked I and Melanie Monroe. Also appearing to sign at some point over the three-day event will be the hosts of the 2010 Urban X Awards, Dana DeArmond and Misty Stone. Exxxotica runs Friday, July 9th through Sunday, July 11th. Also on Friday, the Urban X Awards will be kicking off the festivities with the Official Kick Off Party at Club Empire located at 1716 North Cahuenga Blvd. Doors open at 9pm and the night won’t be over until 2am. And on Tuesday, July 13th, the awards will be taking place at the 740 Club in Downtown Los Angeles. Red carpet is from 4 to 6pm and the show will start promptly at 6:30pm with an after party to follow. Nominations for all categories are posted to the official site, urbanxawards.com.
“It’s getting close and the big night will be here before you know it,” says Giana Taylor, producer and director of the Urban X Awards. “I have feeling that the 3rd annual show is going to be our best with the amazing performances lined up and it looks like the turnout is going to be stellar.
