from www.411mania.com – In the ongoing custody battle between Jesse James and his ex Janine Lindemulder, Lindemulder is now alleging that Jesse got her arrested for tax evasion by hiring a private investigator.

Lindemulder’s lawyer says he has proof that James hired Brad Martin, a P.I. from Oregon, to follow Janine in 2006. The P.I. turned over evidence to the IRS, which landed Janine in jail.

James says he hired the P.I., but only to find out where Janine and his daughter were staying at the time. He says he never even received a report.

Lindemulder’s lawyers were wanting the P.I. incident to show how far James would go to keep her away from their daughter, Sunny, but the judge has thrown it out, saying that, since Lindemulder plead guilty, it was irrelevant to the custody case.
