from www.abovethelaw.com – It’s common for a spouse to claim that a divorce lawyer left him with nothing but the shirt on his back. But it is the rare divorce attorney who returns the favor and takes her shirt off.
We’ve extensively documented the briefs and bustline of the well-endowed Corri Fetman. www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=33887
But today we’ve got a divorce lawyer whose résumé isn’t quite so inflated.
Meet Playboy’s “Employee of the Month” [NSFW] for July, Kimberly Kourt. Ms. Kourt — I’ll go on a diet if that’s her real name — says she’s a family lawyer, but real classy-like:
“I pride myself on always being professional and appropriate, right down to what I wear in the courtroom,” says sexy trial lawyer Kimberly Kourt. “But on my own time, sexy clothes are fair game.”
Nothing says “professional and appropriate” quite like posing for Playboy.
If you think this has all been a clever ruse to post pictures of a naked woman… well, you have a really low bar for what passes as clever.
An Above the Law reader who reads Playboy — for its law-related articles, of course — wasn’t all that impressed by Kourt’s carpeting. Said our tipster:
I’m surprised that she’s so furry down there. She looks like she’s posing for Playboy circa 1990 with that hair pie.
Well, in fairness, she is going for a classic look:
My style is vintage retro with lots of really short skirts and shorts. I like being the center of attention and I want people to look at me.
There are some careers that lend themselves to being the center of attention more than the law. But, according to Kourt, being a lawyer has other benefits:
Playboy: How long have you been in this line of work?
About seven years now. I love being in control. That’s the personality trait that inspired me to practice law.
Control freak? Check. Attention whore? Check. Lack of a shame reflex? Check. Yep, this woman sounds like a fairly typical attorney.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen — when you get home from work tonight, click over to Playboy, and take a really good look at her.

Kimberly Kourt is the Playboy Employee of the Month for July 2010
Playboy: As a trial lawyer, do you promise to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in this interview?
Kimberly:… Of course!
Playboy: How long have you been in this line of work?
Kimberly: About seven years now. I love being in control. That’s the personality trait that inspired me to practice law.
Playboy: What’s your specialty?
Kimberly: Domestic relations. So, divorces and other highly emotional disputes.
Playboy: So you deal primarily with people who are soon to be single. Do they ever try to turn the relationship from professional to romantic?
Kimberly: It happens, and not just with my male clients.
Playboy: Really? Give us a tell-tale sign that a female client is hitting on you.
Kimberly: She’ll show up for the initial interview dressed rather plainly. Then, the more I see her, the more revealing the clothes become. She’ll start to show more cleavage, more leg, and her overall vibe becomes more sexual.
Playboy: We’ll assume that you’ve never crossed that line with a client.
Kimberly: You assume correctly. I pride myself on always being professional and appropriate, right down to what I wear in the courtroom. But on my own time, sexy clothes are fair game. My style is vintage retro with lots of really short skirts and shorts. I like being the center of attention and I want people to look at me.
Playboy: We’ll also assume that you usually get what you want in that regard. If not, you certainly will now that you’ve posed for Playboy. Any concerns that doing so will negatively impact your career?
Kimberly: Not at all. I see it as a sexy expression of the rights afforded me by the first amendment. I feel that I’m constitutionally entitled to this type of freedom of expression.
