MediaTakeOut.com learned that last year, Los Angeles police picked up Montana – who was LOITERING in the back alleys of the city looking for johns. And the authorities charged her with PROSTITUTION.

Here is the law that police charged her under:

653.22. (a) It is unlawful for any person to loiter in any public place with the intent to commit prostitution. This intent is evidenced by acting in a manner and under circumstances which openly demonstrate the purpose of inducing, enticing, or soliciting prostitution, or procuring another to commit prostitution.

Luckily, she managed to beat the charge. She was eventually only convicted of “loitering.”

But that’s not her only run in with the law. Last March, Montana was picked up for ASSAULT and FALSE IMPRISONMENT. Details of those charges are sealed, but she faces up to 2 YEARS IN PRISON if convicted.
