SAN FRANCISCO — Zivity.com, the social networking site that celebrates and rewards models, real women and photographers, officially announced that Playboy has begun hosting a series of contests on Zivity, with the winners receiving an opportunity to appear on Playboy.com.
The contests provide a variety of models with the sought-after opportunity to appear on Playboy.com, and offers photographers the opportunity to have their photos featured on the high-traffic website.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Playboy and bring this exciting contest to all of our models and photographers,” said Cyan Banister [pictured], founder and CEO, Zivity.com.
“Our members have jumped at the opportunity to have their work featured on Playboy.com!”
Playboy’s community is involved in selecting the contest themes that run on Zivity.com, ranging anywhere from “Hottest Super Heroes” to “Show Your Lady Gaga” to “Suits and Stockings.”
The following themes have already been lined up: “Glistening Lips,” “Babes in Boots,” “Downy Hairs,” and “Girls with Glasses,” with many more to follow. Contestants have fun recreating these themes in photo submissions, but also gain the opportunity to network with Zivity.com’s community of more than 1,500 models and photographers.
The winners will be selected by Playboy’s fans, and contestants will have an opportunity to meet new fans and even get scouted for Playboy magazine.

Playboy Contest Details:
* Models must be at least 19 years of age to participate.
* Photographers must be at least 18 years of age to photograph models.
* Professional-amateur to professional photography is encouraged, only the highest quality photo submissions will be considered.
* Photography must be 2500 pixels on the side and shot with DSLR cameras.
* Contestants can go to www.zivity.com/features/custom_photoshoots to sign up.
* The first contest winners will be announced by the end of September- early October.
