The wife of Gotti turncoat Michael Finnerty has been charged with having sex with her daughter’s high-school boyfriend, authorities said.

Mom-of-three Stephanie Finnerty, 43, of Oceanside, LI, surrendered to Nassau County cops Thursday night to face charges of third-degree rape and criminal sexual act, according to officials.

“The kid was dating the defendant’s daughter for about a year, and the woman was having sex with him off and on” between June and November 2009, a source said.

The under-18 boy told his dad, who contacted cops, the source said.

No one at Finnerty’s home yesterday would answer the door.She pleaded not guilty at her arraignment hearing Friday.
