from www.radaronline.com – Producer Nick James doesn’t think a last minute bid by Tiger Woods’ lawyers will stop an alleged sex tape with porn star Devon James becoming available on Friday. In at interview with RadarOnline.com, Nick, who is married to Devon, says that they are moving forward with the release “no matter what.”
“I was told there was a bid by his lawyers to buy the tape but so far no deal has been struck and I don’t think it will be either,” Nick told RadarOnline.com.
While there is no proof that the tape actually exists, the couple has unveiled a website promising viewers a glimpse at “Tiger Woods’ former girl playing all the holes.”
Pre-orders for the 62 minute tape are supposed to start on Friday, October 15, 2010, through the website www.tigertapexxx.com. Devon claims she sold the tape to a DVD production company for $350,000 plus royalties.
“I think that it will be available for pre-order no matter what now – right now that is definitely still on,” Nick added.
Porn star Devon also alleges that Tiger Woods is the father of her 9-year-old son Austin, although there is no proof of that either.
In a taste of what is supposedly to come, James writes on another of her XXX sites: “Come watch Devon f*ck and s*ck and see Tiger Wood’s former girl Play all the holes and why Tiger WOULD too!
She teases, “Don’t forget to check back and see if we have some captured Tiger images!”
But many – including Devon’s own mom Sandra Brinling – have cast doubt on whether the tape even exists, although it has previously been alleged that naked photos and a phone sex tape exist from Tiger’s cheating spree.
Devon’s former manager Gina Rodriguez also does not believe that the tape exists. She revealed to RadarOnline.com that the couple had wanted to “find a Tiger look a like and make a tape” and had boasted “no one would know” of their scheme.
“I told them that I would have no part of a fake tape,” Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.
But both Devon and Nick are adamant that the tape exists and that it will shortly be available to the public.
In the past, Tiger’s lawyers secured a court order barring British publications from printing naked pictures or videos of the golfer.
The order, issued by the High Court of London, stated it was not an “admission that any such photographs exist.”
