from www.nydailynews.com – A twisted teacher with a foot fetish had sex with an underage Bronx student at a motor inn and received nude pictures from another teen, a city investigation found.

The sickening betrayal of trust was detailed in a report released Thursday by Special Schools Investigator Richard Condon.

According to the probe, Wayne Bartley, 46, had a 14-month fling with a student at Intermediate School 229 in the Bronx while she was 13 and 14 years old.

Bartley also allegedly sweet-talked a student at IS 392 in Brooklyn into sending nude profile pictures – as well as foot shots – to his iPhone, the report said.

The creep preyed on a third student at KIPP AMP Academy Charter School in Brooklyn by showering her with gifts, taking her to get her nails done and giving her foot massages.

Condon said in the report that his office handed over the findings to the Bronx and Brooklyn district attorneys. The Bronx district attorney’s office said they are investigating the referral.

Bartley worked at IS 229 and IS 392 before teaching at KIPP Academy during the 2009-10 school year. He has since been banned from teaching at city schools.

The investigation began last spring after a Brooklyn parent voiced concern that his 13-year-old daughter, a student at IS 392, had an inappropriate phone relationship with Bartley, her science teacher during the 2008-09 school year.

Over scores of phone calls and texts, the pervy pedagogue told the girl that she was the prettiest student he ever had, the report said. He also said he had recently snapped photos of models while visiting Jamaica and asked if she would send him shots.

“Bartley told her that she looked exotic and said that he wanted to take photographs of \[her\],” the report said.

During an interview with a principal at IS 229, where Bartley worked for three years until August 2008, investigators also discovered a sexual relationship Bartley had with a student he taught 5th grade to.

The teenager told authorities that Bartley had offered her private tutoring when she was a 7th grader, and that the two began an affair in March 2008.

According to the report, Bartley would pick her up in his blue Jeep for twice-a-month romps at the Paradise Motor Inn in the Bronx. The relationship continued until May 2009.

During the probe, investigators also learned of Bartley’s freaky foot fetish from a 15-year-old student who graduated from KIPP in June 2010.

He taught the student 8th Grade science and tutored her. She told investigators that he began giving her rides in his car, and after her graduation on June 22, he took her to a nail salon, where they both received manicures and pedicures.

After the salon trip, Bartley rubbed lotion on her feet in his car, gushed about her legs and raved about how she looked in her school uniform, the report says.

Bartley started teaching in city schools in spring 2005. As of April 2009, he earned $60,224 a year.
