from www.tmz.com – Janine Lindemulder has ‘laughed-off’ her run-in with out-of-shape photographer as he tried to get inside an elevator with the ex-porn star and her mom.
Lindemulder – who was at Orange County Family Court on Thursday in connection with her custody fight for her daughter Sunny James – was seen charging and then hurling some liquid over the photographer inside a parking garage before he plunged to the ground.
But Janine claims she was only protecting her mom and herself and that she has not been charged in connection with the incident.
She told RadarOnline.com: “I warned the guy not once but twice not to get too close to me and my mom before I reacted.
“And it was cold liquid that I threw over him not hot coffee – he fell over because he was just too fat that’s all there was to it.
“I’ve not been charged or anything like that by the police and I don’t believe he even reported me because he was in the wrong.
“Any woman would have done the same thing given that same situation.”
Lindemulder is finally going to get to spend some time with her daughter this weekend after her ex- husband Jesse James and his lawyer agreed to grant her unsupervised visitation.
Since James relocated to Austin, Texas with their child, Lindemulder has not been able to spend much time with Sunny and has been limited to only brief telephone conversations with her.
But the feuding couple seems to have reached somewhat of a truce and have agreed to also attend joint counseling sessions before their next court appearance on November 5, 2010.
Janine added: “I’m absolutely delighted that I will be getting to spend some time with my daughter but I don’t want to talk about it too much.
“This was a good day all things considered even despite my run-in with the paparazzi.”

James was granted full custody over the child when Lindemulder was convicted on tax evasion charges two years ago.
This past summer, Commissioner Thomas Schulte ruled that while both parents would share joint legal custody of Sunny but, it was in the child’s best interest for her to live in with her father in Austin, Texas.
James bought a $2 million home in the Texas town — which coincidentally, is his ex-wife Sandra Bullock’s hometown — shortly after his marriage with The Blind Side star crumbled, with the revelations of James’ serial cheating dominating the tabloids for months.
James is currently dating L.A. Ink star Kat Von D.
